Julie B. Schworm is a Buffalo, NY based designer specializing in costume and wedding dress design.  In her spare time she refashions thrift and vintage clothing into more fashionable attire and is currently working on a made-to-order clothing and wedding line which will be launching in the spring of 2013.  She also has experience with millinery and can make custom head pieces for any occasion.
